Director/VP, Advertiser Sales
We are looking for an industry sales leader to establish Mozes as the partner of choice for Fortune 2000 advertisers and advertising agencies who want to define mobile marketing with us, connecting mobile to online, and online to mobile. In this role, you will be the hands-on leader for the beginnings of a world-class advertising solutions team that will establish Mozes as the service of choice for brand marketers to build and run industry defining mobile campaigns. You will conceive of and create innovative marketing solutions for advertisers, and to leverage key Mozes assets in program development, including our industry leading campaign platform, our fantastic relations with major record labels and thousands of recording artists and a rapidly growing web and mobile end-user base.
In this highly visible role reporting to the CEO, you will use your existing presence in the interactive media community to build the initial Mozes presence. Most importantly, you will be tasked with and highly rewarded for your ability to deliver the Company's primary source of revenue in this billion dollars market opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver media planning and advertising strategy expertise.
- Build and foster advertising agency and brand relationships.
- Develop and execute sales plan and deliver quarterly revenue goals.
- Demonstrate the value of Mozes as a brand-building platform.
- Develop sales and marketing programs and lead all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Work closely with Mozes' product and engineering teams to define the best solutions.
- Work alongside brands on the implementation of campaigns.
- BA/BS Degree, preferably from a leading institution. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of advertising and marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and acquiring new business.
- Proven track record of supporting sales initiatives through analysis and presentation of marketing data.
- Experience attracting, hiring, retaining, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Must be available for business travel.
- Job location can be at New York, Chicago or LA.
Senior Account Manager
The Mozes Business Development team is looking for a Senior Account Manager focusing on the music industry.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Identify, evaluate and execute opportunities to expand Mozes's customer and user base
- Build, expand and maintain Mozes new and existing customer relationships with Major & Independent Record labels, specifically in the areas of Marketing & New Media
- Assume responsibilities for all aspects of customer's relationship to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop, drive and execute mobile marketing programs for customers that will drive user activities and growth
- Monitor, track, and analyze customer program/campaign performance on an ongoing basis
- Communicate immediate and long term customer needs to other members of the executive team
- Manage the successful delivery of projects with new customers
- Assist with areas of Business Development in other verticals outside of the music industry
- 7+ years experience in the Music industry, ideally in areas of Sales/Marketing, New Media or A&R
- Strong existing relationships within those areas of the Music industry
- Outside Sales Experience - with a proven track record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple simultaneous projects

Product Manager
We're looking for an experienced product manager who is excited about delivering both online and mobile applications. This person will help develop the strategy and execution of our mobile platform.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Create and deliver fantastic web-based and mobile user experiences
- Develop product specifications and design capabilities based on priorities, user feedback, market research and competition
- Work with Engineering to plan release timelines and prioritize features using an iterative approach
- Run and analyze A/B tests to improve features and viral adoption
- Assist in the development of web content, marketing materials and specifications for external communications
- 3+ years of product management experience with companies that deliver web-based applications to consumers
- Demonstrated ability in developing and executing a distributed widget strategy
- Prior experience in delivering products that have scaled to millions of users
- Proven teamwork skills to help deliver on-time product and project results
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent ability to concisely summarize complex issues and make clear and compelling recommendations
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment

Support Manager
We're looking for a stellar Support Manager who is customer-focused, can oversee Quality Assurance and testing with a technical skill-set that speaks for itself.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow issues through to resolution
- Create escalation procedures and define additional service levels
- Coordinate and implement an automated Tier I support platform
- Manage the text message workflow directly with carriers and aggregators
- Assist with feature specification documents for the development team
- Be the voice of the company to our users who include bands, labels, music fans and individuals
- Manage aspects of software Quality Assurance and testing
- Perform weekly smoke tests and release/regression testing
- Coordinate implementation of automated testing tools and procedures
- Build out and coordinate the testing of the service across multiple mobile devices
- At least 3+ years of work experience in customer support, software development, or QA, preferably at the same company
- Experience with direct customer communication with management recognition as a key customer liaison
- Strong debugging skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues, mobile phone and carrier idiosyncrasies are a plus
- Previous development work experience with PERL, PHP or other similar scripting languages are a big plus
- BS technical degree with a proven high academic achievement
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, especially the ability to frame complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple simultaneous tasks
- Passion for delivering and maintaining high-quality products and services

Web Developer
We're looking for a rock star Web developer. In this role, you will help build, test, operate and refine our Web application and identify how to make it suitable for mobile browsers. You will also collaborate with product management to create realistic schedules, diagnose and fix bugs and design UI components as necessary.
Technical Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of work experience in web application development, preferably at the same company
- Strong experience with cross-platform DHTML, CSS, Javascript 2.0, AJAX, JSON, Flash ActionScript 2.0 and other Web 2.0 tools desirable
- Extensive knowledge of cross-browser compatibility & browser degradation strategies
- Previous work experience with PHP or other similar scripting languages
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to optimize code for speed
- Understanding of OOP and event-driven programming
- Knowledge of HCI and application UI design
- Experience porting web applications for mobile browsers a big plus
- BS technical degree with a proven high academic achievement
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
